i have order remote control from this seller so i have never received my item at all so when i contacted the seller his excuse was that royal mail had dealy with it after 3 days i waited for next day so nothing come from royal mail then i waited for 5 days still nothing come by royal mail so i sent him some messages but his totaly ignor it and never reply back so after 7 days still i have not got my item from royal mail and now ebay said that i got refund from this seller shocking wasteing time
